Is Stay Fed a meal kit service?
No. There’s no prep, no chopping, and no recipes to follow. Every Stay Fed meal is fully cooked, seasoned, and sealed. You just heat for 2.5 minutes and eat.

Where are the meals made?
All Stay Fed meals are cooked and packed right here in Australia using quality ingredients and no artificial colours or preservatives.

Can I choose my own flavours?
Right now, the 6-Meal Pack is a curated variety box featuring one of each of our six signature flavours. It’s designed so you can try the full menu and never eat the same dinner two nights in a row. Custom single-flavour packs are in the works!

Do you offer a subscription?
You can purchase packs as a one-off anytime. We are rolling out flexible, discounted subscription options soon so you can keep your pantry stocked on autopilot with zero lock-in contracts.

What’s actually in a Stay Fed pack?
Each box contains six hearty, individually sealed 400g single-serve pouches:

• Slow Cooked Lamb with Vegetables

Do I really not need a fridge or freezer?
Really! Every meal is 100% shelf-stable. Thanks to sealed thermal retort cooking (the same tech used for pantry pouches worldwide), our meals stay fresh and delicious at room temperature for up to 8 months from production. Just keep them in a cool, dry pantry, cupboard, or desk drawer. No cold storage required until opened.

How do I heat them?
You have three quick options:

• Microwave (fastest): Tear open the top of the pouch to vent and microwave on high for 2.5 minutes (150 seconds).
• Boil-in-the-bag (great for camping/off-grid): Place the unopened pouch in a pot of gently boiling water for 5 minutes.
• Stovetop: Pour contents into a saucepan and heat through on medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Where can I find allergen and nutritional information?
Every pouch has a complete nutritional information panel and allergen declaration clearly printed on the back. You can also view the full ingredient and allergen breakdown on our individual product pages, or reach out to us directly if you have specific dietary questions.

Where do you deliver?
We ship Australia-wide, straight to your door, office, or PO Box.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address so you always get the most accurate, transparent rate with no hidden fees.

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders twice a week—every Tuesday and Friday. Once dispatched, standard transit times are typically:

• Metro areas: 2–4 business days
• Regional & remote areas: 4–7 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is packed and booked with our courier, you’ll receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your live tracking link.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We pack every order securely, but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we’ll make it right immediately. Just email us at sales@stayfed.au with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Can I return unopened meals if I change my mind?
Because our meals are food products, Australian food safety regulations prevent us from accepting returns or re-stocking items once they have left our warehouse. If you ever have a concern about meal quality, get in touch and our team will help you out.
