The Meals

• What's actually in a Stay Fed pack?
  • Each pack contains 6 individually sealed, portion-controlled meals. Current flavours: Butter Chicken with Rice, Teriyaki Chicken with Rice, Bolognese Pasta, Creamy Carbonara with Bacon, Beef Red Wine Casserole with Vegetables, and Slow Cooked Lamb with Vegetables.
• How do I heat it? 
  • Options are: microwave, stove top or boiling water. Please see pack for details  
• How long do the meals last unrefrigerated?
  • 8 months from production. 
• Do I need to refrigerate them?
  • No — every Stay Fed meal is shelf-stable. Store in a cool, dry place and there's no fridge or freezer required until you're ready to heat and eat.

Shipping & Delivery

• How long does delivery take? 
  • We ship every Tuesday and Friday. Delivery will then be dependent on your location. 
• Can I track my order?
  • Yes — once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Returns & Issues

• What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
  • Email us at [support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.
• Can I return unopened meals? 
  • No, due to food-safety hygiene reasons.
• Is Stay Fed a meal kit service?
  • No — there's no prep, no recipes, no chopping. Every meal is fully cooked and ready to heat. Just add hot water or heat and serve, and you're eating in 90 seconds.
